Our mindfulness practice has many benefits. It may bring a wholesome sense of presence (whether we feel the content of our experience as pleasant or unpleasant), of feeling settled, grounded, clear – and many more. And particularly when practising together in community, there can be a sense of feeling nourished, connected, of belonging. The intention for these monthly practice sessions is to create the conditions for these positive states to arise when we practice collectively – and for becoming curious about how this goodness may spread out to those we love and live with.
Each session will offer several sitting and moving mindfulness practices and reflections, and give space for some sharing in the supportive and welcoming group. The sessions are intended for people with some meditation experience and will take place in the atmospheric (and wheelchair accessible) Library of the Salisbury Centre.
When – monthly on the first Tuesday (not in August), 7-9pm
Where – in the Salisbury Centre and online. To join, please contact me to book or ask for the zoom link.
